Return / Exchange Policy – Kawish

Note of Agreement:

By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge and accept Kawish’s Return/Exchange Guidelines, designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our customers. This policy reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, allowing us to handle returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining the high standards you expect from Kawish. Thank you for helping us keep our process clear and consistent for everyone.


1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The product must be free from foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or any damage.

  • Exchanges can be made for a different size, colour, or product of equal value, subject to availability.

  • Once your order reaches our warehouse, our team will conduct a Quality Check. If approved, we will proceed with processing your return or exchange.

  • All exchange requests are estimated to be delivered within 7–10 working days.

  • If a size exchange is unavailable due to stock limitations, we will arrange an exchange with an alternative product, or provide a Credit Note of the same product value, which can be used for future online purchases.


2. How to Return / Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact.kawish.shop@gmail.com or through our website within 10 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. For exchanges, please mention your preferred size / colour / item.

  4. Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you return instructions and authorization details.


3. Return / Exchange Shipping

  • Pickup will be arranged within 3–5 business days.

  • If the return/exchange is due to a defect or error from our side, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

  • The courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If the shipment cannot be picked up, you will need to ship the product to our warehouse address to process the return/exchange.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kawish cannot be responsible for lost returns.


4. Refund as Discount Code

Once the returned product passes the Quality Check, a Credit Note will be issued for the order. A Discount Code equivalent to the return value will be sent to your registered email address.

Terms:

  • The discount code is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

  • After 3 months, the code will expire and cannot be reused.

  • Discount amounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and videos of the damaged item to speed up the process.

  • Kawish will cover the return shipping cost for defective or damaged items.


6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Discounted, or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review the product description carefully before purchase.
