Shipping Policy – Kawish

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Kawish.


1. Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-orders or customized products may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned in the product description.

  • In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, order updates and shipping confirmations will be communicated via email or SMS.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders across India.

  • Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply and will be calculated during checkout.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days depending on the delivery location.

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, courier delays, or transportation disruptions, in accordance with applicable Indian contract laws.


4. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment status in real time, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are correct.

Kawish will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


7. Taxes and Duties

  • Product prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • No additional charges will be collected at the time of delivery unless required by applicable laws.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with any state or regional restrictions.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once the shipment has been dispatched and proof of delivery is provided by the courier partner, Kawish will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

In such cases, the responsibility lies with the courier service provider.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
